Manufacturing Processes and Product Certification

Cotell products are made exclusively at Cotell’s factory in Schenzen “Technology Corridor” in South China, where it employs over 300 people.  Cotell’s manufacturing processes are fully certified by third-party auditors to conform to international quality control and environmental standards

R0HS Compliance

The RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC also known as the “Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive” restricts of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. This directive restricts the use of six hazardous materials (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants) in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment which is destined for placement on the EU market.Cotell International Limited hereby declare that all of our products comply in full with the RoHS directive

WEE Compliance

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) directive 2002/95/EC is designed to reduce electrical and electronic equipment waste, increase recovery by recycling, and improve the environmental process of manufacturers.As EU Distributor (the “Producer”) of Electrical Hospitality products, our Master Distributor Hotel Technology International Limited is registered as a Producer of WEEE. 

FCC Compliance

All commercial electronic devices (unintentional radio- frequency radiators) sold in the United States are regulated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

CCC Compliance

The CCC Mark (China Compulsory Certification mark) is required for a wide range of products sold in the Peoples Republic of China. The product list includes 19 product groups and a total of 132 product categories.

Warranty, Support and Hardware Replacement

Cotell hotel phones are covered by our comprehensive warranty framework. Should your hotel phone develop a fault during the warranty period or fail to perform to our specifications, we will repair or replace the unit at no charge subject to our terms and conditions.

5 Year Warranty All Premium-line Analogue hotel phones, including all SmartStation models

2 Year Warranty All SIP, Legacy Economy-line Analogue hotel phones,IP network and powered electronic hotel phones.
